When the CIA discovers one of its agents leaked information that cost more than 100 people their lives, veteran operative Henry Pelham (Chris Pine) is assigned to root out the mole from among his former officemates at the agency's Vienna station. His investigation takes him from Austria to England to California, where he is reunited with his one-time colleague and ex-lover Celia Harrison (Thandiwe Newton). All the Old Knives is such a good movie that it makes me sad. I say “sad” because we’re living in a time when a movie like this isn’t getting a theatrical release and has been relegated to a digital release.

As with many modern films, this was so convoluted that it was impossible for me to follow. I was expecting a thriller and got a boring, dud that suddenly ended.
