The scenes s of these youth committing acts of violence is so well done and realistic that it's hard to believe that it's Blake Jenner doing it. The movie shows the gritty part of many kids homes and the reality of what it is. It also shows what happens to these young people in the situations and the results are usually very bad. So I think this movie was exceptionally good and riveting. Blake Jenner is an appealing young actor and he tries his hardest, but ultimately he seems like he is playing dress up. It goes about where expected. See more 08/19/2018 if i knew this was do by by a bunch of amateur immature high school film student i'd except that this really bad but i'd understand.this is not the case these types of movies are the reason why comic book movies are so popular and entertaining.these types of films are made by people who seem to miss the forrest for the trees. This was so bad the actors over acting seemed to make it worse it was like even they knew this film was bad.This film was like a combination of kids and bomb the system two films that were better than this film..this film felt like it was held together with paper clips and bubble gum its all style no substance not a shred of it .you know ya movies bad when they throw in a random pornographic sex scene as the scenes which was just as pointless and random as the scenes played in backwards i wish didnt bother seeing this film it was grass growng paint dryingly bad it should of never been made but this seems to be the current trend in hollywood specifically the indie film part.i wish rotten tomato had ratings in the negative.so i could give it a accurate rating what supergirl actress melissa benoit was thinking doing this film she didn't need it read a book instead dont watch this crap.i think i;ll stick to my super hero movies at least they're entertaining See more 06/19/2018 While I didn’t particularly enjoy the more misogynistic elements of it, the acting was INCREDIBLE. See more 06/18/2018 A work that, while imperfect, presents a great deal of truth about the struggles of being caught up early on with the wrong bros and how much that can destroy you; the editing and overall perspective are uniquely worthwhile.
