Chris Jan 2 Family As my Dad got back from Florida yesterday and today we did things we ran Aron’s today and went to la madeleine for lunch ran into Lindsey huff from grade school and went to target got a few things today and went to Kroger to get a few things and got a few things at Kroger and so now I’m back at the apartment watching tv and watching Netflix my dad has to work tonight and so now will be making dinner shortly and my roommate has a friend at the apartment right now and my dad will be coming back to the apartment on apartment now I’m about to put my dinner in in a few minutes See more isla s @RT89656869 09/01/2022 I thought this was a very good film - it covers an interesting story with thoughtful themes about identity, honesty and social portrayal. Its thought provoking and has a good script, so yes, I'd recommend it. See more bill t @Spuzz 01/31/2014 Like most of Kieslowski's films, this is pretty much a yakathon about one topic, and pretty ,uch doesnt let up until the last minute. In this case, a laborer gets to make film about the company's annual get together, soon, this film gets noticed by film festivals and what not, and he's invited to make more films.. but his family life suffers, and soon the films also carry a political cost. We've had several testaments, from 8 1/2 to Pastoral: To Die in the Country, from La Nuit Américaine to Terror Firmer (haha). Camera Buff emanates love and passion in every frame, and tells us about the consequences such life may unleash along the way, both personally and those regarding people directly and indirectly involved with one's life. As far as my experience has gone, I have not encountered a better Kieslowski masterpiece than this one. He must really have gotten very excited to have Krzysztof Zanussi in his film. Alternatively, Zanussi must have been intelligent enough to see promising talents in Kieslowski, just like fate stumbles upon Filip Mosz (Jerzy Stuhr) without previous warning. 99/100 See more Read all reviews
