Michael E @RT67902052 07/23/2022 A very thoughtful, involving, and honest movie about a romantic relationship between two Black people struggling with their differences of class and skin color. This is a theme most whites cannot understand and that may make some Black audiences uncomfortable. Aside from the fact that this was produced and directed by Blacks, perhaps that's one reason why it was ignored and forgotten. The one criticism I would make is that Tommye Myrick far outshines Richard Romain in acting ability. She is lively, he is stiff. Otherwise I would have given it four stars.
