Code 3 may initially wear the scrubs of a frantic gross-out comedy, but underneath its seemingly flimsy garbs exists pointed commentary on the various policies clogging up the arteries of the healthcare system.

Wilson’s performance is thoughtful and moving. He shines when playing socially awkward characters, but in this case, his misanthropy isn’t comedic, but pitiable. Really – you just want to see Randy win one.

Fun packed movie that any first responder/ems will appreciate. It is also a great way to introduce your family and friends to the wildness that is EMS. This movie brilliantly balances dark humor, realistic calls and humanity all wrapped up in a great paced adventure. Rain Wilson masterfully portrays a skilled, yet burned out Paramedic in thr depth of LA. The film flows so well and there aren't any times when you feel like it is dragging on or having needless scenes. While the premise seems simple, it still manages to provide some twists and turns on the way. It is a must see!!!!

Unexpectedly great!! I like Rainn Wilson and Rel Howry. The trailers looked good. And the reviews were almost too good to believe. But this film totally delivers on all fronts. Its hot all the feels from gut-wrenching to hilarious! And not a moment of space in between. A truly great film.
