You'd have to be high to dig Half Baked's half baked production and scattershot sense of humor -- although maybe that was the point of this Dave Chapelle-led joint.

A "legalize it!" campaign film ziplocked in a bag of goofy comedy. A genuine representation of NYC life and the various attitudes toward marijuana during the 90's.
