Recently separated from her husband, Alice Kinney decides to start over by moving back to Los Angeles with her two daughters. While celebrating her 40th birthday, Alice meets Harry, George and Teddy, three young filmmakers who need a place to live. Complications soon arise when she agrees to let the men stay in her guesthouse temporarily. See more Bill M Jun 19 Normally i'd probably rate this 4 star, but after seeing what the mindless super hero, zombie addicts scored this delightful trip thru LA, we'll try and give it a boost.. first of all, Reece makes EVERYTHING better & this was right in her wheelhouse. great cast chemistry, nice flowing script with tons of laughs, an ever present 'who gets the girl' mystery and even a tear jerk or two. A good look into dysfunctional marriages with twists, All emotional are felt, That makes it a good movie Poindexter. Alexander, Wolff & Rudnitsky never dropped meter & great to see Candice rule the roost again. btw the young actors were fantastic. so do yourself a favor and WATCH THIS MOVIE, Disregard what the kiddies think and soak this one up.
