THIS IS CERTAINLY NOT A BAD MOVIE. HOWEVER, IT WAS SO DERIVATIVE OF “THE BLAIR WITCH PROJECT” THAT THERE WAS NOTHING NEW OR SURPRISING OR SCARY ABOUT IT. IT HAS ALL BEEN DONE BEFORE. THERE WAS A GREAT PERFORMANCE BY CHRISTINE WILLES THAT IS WORTH NOTING. OTHERWISE I’D RECOMMEND THIS MOVIE TO THE MOST DIEHARD HORROR FANS ONLY.

While it didn’t add tremendously to so many other “found footage” films, this one was still compelling enough to keep me on the edge of my seat! I would recommend it to fans of this genre.

I would call it an unofficial sequel to the 1999 “Blair Witch Project” that surpasses that movie. It pays homage while delivering its own horrific story in a documentary style.

Terrible movie. I would not recommend this to anyone. First hour and 25 min was incredibly boring, last 5 min had couple jump scares…. Can’t believe this made it into theaters.
