Scrat's continuous pursuit of an infernal acorn has world-changing consequences for Manny (Ray Romano), Sid (John Leguizamo) and Diego (Denis Leary) when the continents split apart. The continental crack-up separates Manny and his friends from the rest of the herd, including Manny's mate, Ellie (Jennifer Lopez) and rebellious daughter Peaches (Keke Palmer). Never mind that the freshness of the original Ice Age and its main characters Manny (Ray Romano), Diego (Denis Leary), and Sid (John Leguizamo) has dissipated. How many series could sustain themselves at all through a fourth iteration?

Just sort of sits on the screen, going through the motions for 90 minutes or so. It's neither good nor bad and, unless you are under the age of 8, you'll likely forget it by the time you get home.

Not as good as the first three. But, if you want to see a Peaches as a teenager and Manny, Sid, and Diego going on a generic sailing adventure then go ahead. I would say skip this one and watch one of the first three instead. They have a lot more heart. I completely forgot everything about this movie after I saw it.
