Now I finally did and I absolutely loved what I saw. This was such a powerful and meaningful movie. Towards the ending it turned into a sob fest for me personally. Very strong and simplistic at the same time and it worked beautifully. The immaculate writing and the dialogues were very well acted. I am speechless, highly recommend. I kinda like the mystery behind Frankie that was never fully solved. We don’t know about him much but the way he carries himself in the movie gives us some hints and the idea what happened in his life. I got taken out of it a little when the known dirty fighter is allowed to throw an elbow as well as punch her when she is down in 2004 and the WBA with cameras everywhere is just like sure lets keep the fight going.
