Elvis D @Elvis-Del-Valle 1 day ago Ms. 45 es otra de las películas más destacables de Abel Ferrara y una de las más memorables de su primera etapa. La película es un muy buen ejemplo sobre cómo una experiencia traumática puede convertir a una víctima en victimario. Tiene buenos puntos sobre lo perjudicial que puede ser el deseo de venganza y lo realmente infeccioso que es mantener una postura feminista radical. Su manera de retratar el desprecio hacia los hombres sin importar si son buenos o malos hizo que la película estuviera muy adelantada a su época. Este fue un claro anuncio sobre la peligrosidad de la inestabilidad femenina al estar influenciada por la idea de que el mal solo yace en los hombres. Al igual que con The Driller Killer, la película demuestra que todos nacemos con un instinto asesino y so se requiere de un empujón para activarlo. After a woman is assaulted twice in one evening she decides to seek revenge on men. But then her mental state deteriorates and soon she's stalking the streets sort of like Charles Bronson did in the Death Wish movies but a lot more sinister in nature. It is well photographed in the direction is well paced. The writing is so so the music is pretty good and the acting we do care about some of the characters but it does get a little campy with the old lady living next door. But still it's great '80s Fair for what it is and a great way to spend the afternoon any support popcorn and a candy bar too.
