Theresa A @RT76399167 6d The main character, Chloe, and her brother were so slow to react that it’s not believable that they could survive. Our throats hurt for yelling at them so much. I went in thinking it was just a simple idea, but everything ended up connecting in a way that made sense. The main character had a clear reason for everything she did, and nothing felt random or thrown in. Once she got into the morgue, the tension was crazy. It kept building the whole time, and every time you thought you knew what was going on, something new would happen that made it even more intense. I also liked how every character actually had a role and wasn’t just there for no reason. Overall, it had me on edge the entire time. It just shows how a simple concept can be really good when it’s done right. See more ra’xy T @cxte_ Mar 1 what a piece of crap. idk what pissed me off more; bailee’s acting, the constant loud and forced labored breathing, or the the fact that i couldn’t finish half of the movie. she’s normally a great actress from what i can recall. i’m not sure why she chose this method or whether she was pressured into it. the only good part of the movie was when she had to actually play dead in the beginning with the white sheet over her. What ruined it entirely apart from his performance, was Bailee Madison. She sucked. Yeah no way to say it lightly she sucked. All she did was keep her mouth open and breathe heavy and have the same look on her face the entire movie . I don’t know how the hell she got hired to play with such a good actor as Jerry is, but he held up the whole movie. Even the minor actors did a better job than Bailey did. This is the first time I’ve seen her in a movie and I would never watch anything with her in it again. My name a storyline was going to be a little bit meh, but I still like these types of movies. If not be getting totally frustrated with Bailey’s lack of talent I probably would’ve given it 3 stars. See more Kevin R @Kevin199 Jan 20 Seeing Jerry O’Connell play a threatening stone cold villain in a horror movie was so oddly refreshing. He totally nails the role and creepy vibe. Bailee Madison was amazing in it too as the heroine and final girl. Always loved her as an actress and she never disappoints cause she always gives a good performance in everything. The plot of this movie is implausible, but is saved by lots of great suspense and great performances from the cast. It’s a slow burn, but definitely worth a watch.
