Scream And Scream Again es un thriller de ciencia ficción con un argumento fragmentado. El objetivo de la película es ir conectado la posible relación entre el hombre secuestrado, los asesinatos provocado por una especie de vampiro y una dictadura que transcurre en un lugar no especificado. Aunque lo del el hombre secuestrado y su conexión con los asesinatos se puede descifrar fácilmente, la relación con la dictadura no es del todo clara. Solo se puede deducir por medio del experimento de Vincent Price, pero la verdad es que las escenas de la dictadura no aportan nada a la trama. La película se enfoca más bien en los asesinatos que la policía trata de resolver y eso es lo único interesante que hay en esta película con mejor relevancia. Claro que la película puede ser confusa debido a que se quitaron escenas del corte final que pudieron haber servido para entender mejor la trama. Además, hace falta leer la novela original en la que se basa para poder entender todo. Vincent Price es el único de los tres icónicos actores que tiene bastante importancia por más que no aparezca mucho. Christopher Lee ha tenido pocas a apariciones que no aclaran mucho cuál es su rol en la trama y Peter Cushing solo tuvo un cameo. Scream And Scream Again es una película que intento ofrecer algo diferente a otras películas con su trama fragmentada para ir resolviendo, pero hay un cierto desorden y falta de piezas que hacen que la película pierda sentido en un cierto punto. Eso hace que esta sea la película más débil de la filmografía de Vincent Price. Mi calificación final para esta película es un 7/10. See more 07/02/2021 Based on the novel The Disorientated Man by Peter Saxon*, this Amicus film boasts the best line-up potentially ever in a horror film, with Christopher Lee, Peter Cushing and Vincent Price all appearing. It starts with a man jogging, collapsing and waking up in a hospital missing his leg. He screams and then the same scream repeats as he loses every appendage. There's also an Eastern European spy named Konratz (Marshall Jones, Cry of the Banshee) killing his superiors, including Cushing. Also times two, someone is killing young women in London and it looks like Keith (Michael Gothard) — a blood-drinking super-strong weirdo — is the murderer. Price shows up as the sinister Dr. Browning and it all ends up being a conspiracy movie that owes a fair deal to Invasion of the Body Snatchers, but that movie didn't end with much of its cast falling into acid. According to Lee, the villains of this movie were going to be revealed as aliens, but that was cut out of the movie for some reason, leaving a lot of the movie unexplained. This was directed by Gordon Hessler (Pray for Death; Scream, Pretty Peggy; Kiss Meets the Phantom of the Park, The Golden Voyage of Sinbad). There's only one other movie to team Price, Lee and Cushing: House of the Long Shadows. See more 11/03/2019 Bizarre, weird. This film is all over the shop, you don't know where it's going or what's going on to start with and when you do figure it out its still pretty oddball... It's about a serial killer who preys on women who is superhuman it seems with another story about a weird Nazi like military cult that is randomly cut to and a guy who is having his limbs removed while he sleeps! It all eventually comes together in the end kind of, oh and it also has Vincent Price, Christopher Lee and Peter Cushing in. I'm not sure if it good or bad or just stupid but I think I enjoyed it, it's not what I was expecting that's for sure See more andy f @RT81936104 08/22/2019 A particularly grim and gruesome affair, this atypical late 60s/early 70s horror is another that boasts Price, Cushing and Lee as the main stars - but they only have a few lines each in the film! Fortunately Alfred Marks surly copper carries the film along - a nasty shocker with some bizarre ideas and it just about works.
