The scene that killed it for me was when the mother and daughter—the MAIN TARGETS—were casually chilling in an open field, completely exposed, while the sniper was already tracking them. Seriously… WHAT THE HELL? 😂 The sniper had an easy shot, yet the movie basically says, "Nope, not yet." There was no convincing reason for it. They were practically volunteering to be killed. I can forgive a lot in an action movie, but I can't take a sniper movie seriously when the characters behave like they have absolutely no survival instincts. At that point, I completely lost interest. I didn't even care how the movie ended. I just closed it. Honestly, I feel like I wasted my time watching this. 😑 See more Craig 2 @RT77759710 6 days ago 64% on Rotten Tomatoes- how the hell did it rate so high?. I have never served, but I like to think I have some intelligence when it comes to tactical awareness, which none of the characters had. Sitting near open windows, sitting near open windows with their rifles pointing out a window, running across open terrain, no use of smoke etc for cover. Not relocating after shooting, not remaining still and only shooting when the optimal shot can be taken, as to not reveal your location. No body armour & head shots? Centre mass, I thought, was the better option as it's a bigger target; then we have the Mexican standoff at the end with a broken scope, my god. I cant believe movies like this are given the green light for distribution. See more Gertrude M @GertrudeM Sep 18, 2026 Please for the love of all things holy, consult someone who has at least picked up a firearm before torturing your audience with some of the worst tactical actions I have ever seen. Thrusting your rifle forward when firing does not make it shoot faster (or whatever). Wooden line delivery. Terrible plot. Any person who has seen any sort of service will cry from frustration watching this. "Highly trained snipers" would not in a month of Sundays profile themselves in a window with light behind.
