While there’s plenty of food for thought, by the time this cinematic meal concluded, I still felt famished. Even worse, I was angry at Borgli for cooking up such a frustratingly unsatisfying banquet in the first place. Go to Full Review

But much like Dream Scenario, his actors give more than his undercooked script deserves. Go to Full Review

Zendaya and Robert Pattinson bring a bracing charge to turning a romcom about wedding jitters into a deep-dish think piece about the limits of condoning violence, real or imagined. The ending doesn’t work, but oh the drama! Go to Full Review

The Drama is an insightful, darkly funny, and emotionally stirring romantic-comedy. It serves as an instant conversation starter that will either engage or enrage in equal measure. Go to Full Review

The most surprising and satisfying thing about The Drama is that, after all it puts you through, you end the film where you started – with a love story. Go to Full Review

Kristoffer Borgli delivers a distinctly modern rom-com, a thrillingly topical and of-the-moment macabre melodrama that earns its potentially challenging premise. Go to Full Review

Martin 4h Intriguing. Something to think about. I appreciate Robert Pattinson and Zendaya even agreeing to do a movie that has a strong, often unaddressed message in it. Don't want to spoil it, but I found the moment when Charlie (Pattinson's character) essentially says that there are so many people walking down the street whose stories you don't know, who could have, in their hearts, done something as bad as the offense that his friends are hung up by So while not being permissive in an active sense of wrong when he see it occurring, let us be a little more loving and merciful, especially as I'm writing this on Easter Sunday. As Father Zossima in The Brothers Karamazov says, "Each of us is guilty before everyone and for everyone." God be with you! See more Tim H 4h I havent walked out of a movie in 50 years, but it had to be done! Possibly the oddest film ever made - and not in a fun way! Just reallyCRAPPY. See more Debbie 4h It was slow moving and I felt like it could have been more interesting. See more Jessie 5h The element of surprise!!! Love it See more Guilherme R 5h Your cortisol will spike. Like the name suggests, the film is chock full o drama. See more Stephen K 5h Thought provoking and tense. Could’ve gone a little further but definitely a movie worth seeing and discussing afterward.
