Paul D. @PaulDa 1d It wasn’t the best movie but it was interesting. Of course the only reason I watched it is because Megan Boone is in it who was Elizabeth Keen in my favorite action series of all time, THE BLACKLIST. I hope she’s gonna start doing a lot more things with. See more tm11999 M @tm11999 2d this is a teen movie made for teens only. the kid characters are somewhat cardboard but each have a talent. the super director of the CIA seems to be a low IQ sub saharan, if ya gotta have a quota, at least put them in believable roles. there is no ending so there will be a sequel. better to just go clean the basement instead. The downside was the annoying background of walking step noises and inconsistent cut & scene movement. The story was good but the editing was subpar. Lots of unnecessary errors overlooked by the directors/ producers. Could have been a top rated movie like John Wick. See more TheMovieSearch R @TheMovieSearch Jan 30 The Internship (2026) starts with an intriguing premise about a secret government program that recruits teenagers and trains them as assassins under the cover of an internship. At first, the film feels darker and more serious than expected, avoiding the tone of corny teen action movies and aiming for something more intense and grounded. Unfortunately, the screenplay quickly becomes the film’s biggest weakness. The story feels scattered, unrealistic, and poorly structured, making it difficult to stay invested. Important plot points lack development, while others drag on too long, creating uneven pacing and weak tension. The lead actress from A Million Little Things delivers a decent performance and shows versatility in switching to action. However, weak dialogue and shallow character writing limit her impact. The supporting cast also struggles due to thin material and poor direction. Overall, The Internship wastes its potential. Despite a strong concept, poor execution See more Marcus S @Marcus13 Jan 24 Bloated budget of nothingness. Tired CIA plot with no gem in acting to save the complete fail of a film.
