See more Bobby W @bobbywarr 6 hrs ago As far as the Rom-Coms go, this was rather enjoyable. It had a Hallmark movie aspect to it, but of better quality, with better acting. The story was predictable but still left some things open enough to give a surprise or two. I would have given it 3 or 3 1/2 stars if it weren't for the unnecessary, gratuitous love making scene that was wildly inappropriate for the type of movie it was portraying up until that point. It just didn't fit the movie one bit. I am far from being a prude but this scene almost destroyed the movie. I'm stunned the writers didn't see how off theme that scene was. I loved the entire cast, Rachel Marsh, Nicholas Duvernay and Jaboukie Young-White provided great comedy one liners and reactions. Tom Bateman, the man you are. And Lili Reinhart the entire movie rides on your charisma. What a cosy comfort movie.
