Zoey Miller (Josephine Langford), a smart computer major who thinks she has love all figured out, has her life turned upside down when Zach (Drew Starkey), a popular college soccer player, gets amnesia and mistakes Zoey as his girlfriend. Before she can reveal the truth, she meets Zach's cousin, Miles (Archie Renaux), with whom she has a lot in common. Pretending to be Zach's girlfriend, she realizes she has feelings for both of them and is forced to confront her fears to make an impossible decision.

When it comes to romantic comedies about identity deception, there are many that are a lot worse than The Other Zoey. Josephine Langford's charming performance is the main reason to watch when the movie starts veering into eye-rolling ridiculousness.

This is a sweet rom-com that goes through all the classic tropes from amnesia to a love triangle to making a big grand gesture. While it doesn’t do anything wildly different with the rom-com genre, it has very charismatic leads in Langford and Starkey.

Such a feel good rom com.. I want to watch it again already! Josephine and Drew's chemistry and banter is off the charts.. literally put them in more rom-coms.. modern day Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks potential right in front of us.

This is the cutest rom com ever! Definitely a new comfort movie 😊 Josephine Langford gave a wonderful performance and her chemistry with Drew Starkey, Mallori Johnson, and Archie Renaux was amazing. Highly recommend if you want to watch a feel good rom com!

I'm shocked that this has such good reviews. The writing, directing, and acting is the worst I've seen since the teen Disney series like Zack and Cody Suite Life on Deck. It's bad. Really, really bad.

Synopsis
