Elijah ‘Frodo’ Wood and Nicolas ‘Superman’ Cage play a couple of small-time cops who hit upon a criminal way to make a hell of a lot of money. The plot twists and turns and veers from a stylish black comedy to a much darker affair. Cage is marvellous, teetering on the precipice of his most manic but not quite tumbling in, and Wood is suitably staid. There is some smashing dialogue too, and a great little cameo from Jerry Lewis as Cage’s dad. See more Michael A @Kinich61 Jul 15, 2026 Despite the bad reviews, this movie is surprisingly good.
