A large part of the problem is the casting of Chris Evans as the leader of the Israeli spy ring that set up the hotel. He is most known for playing Captain America and seems not to have put aside his shield for this film.

A movie describing as closely as possible the return of Ethiopian Jews to Israel as seen mainly through the eyes of those directly involved in the operation. Bravery of those on the field difficult to imagine. A part of history that needed to be told. The actors in my opinion did a great job and the movie has its crescendo as real events developed. Most probably the reality was much more complex. Essential movie for all those interested in the history of Jewish Alyiah and the Middle East conflicts.

I really enjoyed this movie, everyone in the cast was great. Beautiful scenes and the story is full of action and drama. Loved the soundtrack and the ending with the real pics and videos of the refugees and agents that helped is was a nice touch.

Really moving true story about Israeli soldiers saving Ethiopian Jews and bringing them to Israel as refugees. Great acting, well worth a watch and learnt about the ethnic cleansing that went on in Ethiopia which I didn’t know happened.
