Before the Seavers leave for a family vacation to San Francisco, they drop off their pets -- Chance (Michael J. Fox), an adventurous American bulldog; Shadow (Don Ameche), a wise golden retriever; and Sassy (Sally Field), a cautious cat -- at a friend's ranch. Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey is made for kids. I found the first half pretty boring. That was mainly because I didn't really like the characters. The second half was pretty good though. Still a little dumb and inconsequential, but it delivered on the emotions. The directing is good, the cinematography as well. Tere are a few really beautiful shots, while the pacing is fine. The animals were phenomenal though. It was weird that the actors were talking while the animals had closed mouths, but I got used to it after a while. I heard a few voices that sounded familiar, but I couldn't place them. The credits really surprised me.

I was honestly surprised that this movie didn’t irritate me, but it exceeded my expectations on all categories. You cannot beat it for a causal, wholesome flick.

Filme fraco, o roteiro é fraco, as cenas são fracas, a história é fraca, o elenco é fraco, e ninguém ajuda a melhorar o filme, os personagens são fracos, e o filme deveria ter cenas bem melhores e relevantes, para fazer o filme ser bom

Great movie that teaches some great lessons to kids and adults alike. Epic adventure and characters you can’t help to fall in love with. A childhood favorite of mine that after showing to my kids is now one of their favorites too. Truly timeless!

Synopsis
