Will Turner (Orlando Bloom) and Elizabeth Swann (Keira Knightley) join forces with Capt. Barbossa (Geoffrey Rush) to free Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) from Davy Jones' locker. Meanwhile, the crew of the Flying Dutchman ghost ship wreaks havoc on the Seven Seas. At World's End is nearly three hours long, so it does feel a little padded, but for the most part the film moves at a reasonable pace - even if it almost stumbles to the finish while trying to tie up all the loose ends.

The only reason I think that this movie gets the hate and ratings that it does along with dead mans chest is because of when it came out. Everyone complaining about the fantasy just hates intriguing storytelling. Not everything has to be grounded to be good. And with the story, action, acting, music, and CGI. This trilogy is one of my favorite of all time with this movies holding the greatest action sequence I've ever seen. And if you actually watch to enjoy and not complain you realize that this movie is great and works well. Does it compare to the first, well no, I'll give that to anyone any day but the only other issue I find with this movie is the calypso plot which yes is not great but other than that pure cinema.

Pessimo film. Volevano decisamente chiudere la trilogia in maniera epica con scene d'azione entusiasmanti e CGI a più non posso. Il risultato però è una scemenza che provando ad essere epica abbandona il piratesco per il trash.

By far the worst movies of the trilogy, I don't know what is happening, why anything is happening and I am not even interested, the movie is 2 hr 40 mins but feels like 4 hours as you just aren't interested, the first part was 50% fantasy, the second was 65% fantasy and this was like 95% fantasy, why not just go to Mars or Jupiter in this one why even earth, the amount of bullshi I saw is immeasurable, 3/10, way to ruin a franchise I was so excited to watch.

It was a funny movie with cool action scenes but they tried to push to many plots at the same time with weird additions which confused me a lot and made the experience not pleasent at all. I'm sad that they finish the trilogy like that, it really is a shame!
