By dividing screen time between Hope’s hellish ordeal and her victory-in-Jesus recovery, the movie feels like a TV crime procedural sandwiched between slabs of church-pew homilies, kinda like a 'CSI: Sunday School.' Go to Full Review

Emily 10h This movie is a MUST SEE!!!! Believable characters, realistic storytelling based on true stories, beautiful cinematography, and the song that plays during the credits is amazing!! Definitely stay to listen to the very end!! See more Sharon T 11h Incredibly powerful true story about overcoming sex trafficking and the ability, through Christ, to find the strength to forgive and to heal. A must see for everyone to help recognize and combat this evil. See more Robin W @RWillson 13h Full length movie that takes the time to explore and heal. There is hope and there are people to help. Very meaningful story with a great message. I shall fear no evil. See more Faith R @labornotinvain 16h A powerful story of recovery and true freedom through faith. This story deals with a difficult topic, it did a good job of realistically showing how she had no choice and day by day her hope was stripped away. Hope questions God's goodness, and struggles to trust when all her trust was taken away. When I first started watching I thought it would be your typical faith film, but I was wrong! It is so much more, not shying away from hard questions and topics, struggling with faith, throughout and with the aftermath. A cautionary tale, that can be a good conversation starter with your children about social media use, and strangers online. It deals with a very real and difficult topic, and it does a good job of showing it with gritty realness, but not being overly explicit or graphic. Good for families with teens, though parents may want to preview. Many thanks to Studio 523 for providing a sample of the product for this review. Opinions are 100% my own. See more Teri O 22h STILL HOPE is a hard film to watch, but it’s important for teens to understand the dangers. This film isn’t rated, but I’d say it’s comparable to PG-13 for disturbing thematic material, human peril, moderate violence, drug use, and brief language (a word that rhymes with "witch"). Nothing explicit is shown; all we see are girls in tight mini dresses. Luna Rivera does a fantastic job as Hope, having to act out a wide range of emotions. Daniel Ferrell is charming and charismatic as Trevor. Too bad his character is such a jerk! Alex Veadov plays the bad guy so well, albeit in an understated way, I couldn’t get his face out of my head, just like he haunted Hope’s dreams. After Hope is rescued, she has trouble adjusting back to normal life, so she goes to a Christian rehab. As one girl says, "There is a lot of Jesus talk, but it is nice." The theme of forgiveness can be helpful for anyone. Hopefully this movie will shine a light on sex trafficking and inspire more support for victims.
