The story and characterizations never get much deeper than "We're all special in our own way." At times, the five writers borrow a little too heavily from other properties.

Even if you allow for the the fact that the film is geared towards the 5-year-old set, it's still a pretty dreary experience, made even more so by screamingly vivid colors, uninspiring animation and grating songs.

The visuals, the story and the characters keep moving and never stagnate. There is always an eye-popping visual, color blend, adventure or music to keep the attention of a fidgety kid... The Hero of Color City will be a hero to the younger set.

Its not original AND it has a predictable storyline, they were obviously trying to copy Toy Story and the ONLY time I have heard of it was when some kindergarten age kid went up to me and told me about it.
