Not a bad movie, but Seymour Hoffman phones in his performance and adopts too many irritating tricksy mannerisms while smoking far too many cigarettes.

Too slow developing for me. Dude wearing a hoodie becomes part of the movie an hour later and we’re supposed to hang around for smart and methodical development? Go watch an NFL game. Much less action and it lasts three hours.
