Michael Spurlock decides to trade in his corporate sales career to become a pastor. Unfortunately, his first assignment is to close a country church and sell the prime piece of land where it sits. He soon has a change of heart when the church starts to welcome refugees from Burma. Spurlock now finds himself working with the refugees to turn the land into a working farm to pay the church's bills.

As directed by Steven Gomer, the film is hampered by uneven and sometimes awkward pacing. A few emotional scenes are overly telegraphed. When a sad event occurs, the violins literally kick in.

The movie was indeed a demonstration of people who are really strangers get together tu help others including themselves. The actimg matched what you would expect from the real folks.

Minha opinião: Um filme espiritual onde a esposa Michael falece e ele descide ir para uma outra cidade. A onde encontra com famílias que não conhecem a Deus. Ele é uma pessoa espirutosa e leva a esta comunidade Fé, esperança a palavra de Deus. E ele tem uma companheira a filha de uma vizinha que junto com ele vão construindo um jardim onde ele vai ensinando a palavra de Deus. E vai conquistando as pessoas com amor e palavra. Até que acontece um milagre as sementes de flores de um dia para outro tem um jardim. E ao final pessoas são transfomadas e batizadas, famílias restauradas e vidas. Roteiro e enredo elaborada com simplicidade. Vale apena assistir? Sim para toda família. Nota: 8

I don't know of any problem that does not require faith or trust in something or someone, not necessarily in God. And the ecumenical (and neo-pelagian?) non-confessionality of "All Saints" is a good example of it. (Mauro Lanari)
