As is the case with Frantic, the unique setting and socialization of Beckett gives it an idiosyncratic European flavor, a sort of arthouse spin on a generic American thriller.

The lead actor may be the son of the legendary Denzel Washington, but this performance certainly didn't reflect that pedigree. Whether it was the weak direction, the uninspired script, or a combination of both, the film never found its footing. The writing was flat, the directing lacked vision, and the overall execution made for a disappointing experience. In the end, it felt like a complete waste of time.

Don't waste your time , you spend most of the time watching this guy running around looking like he need a bad poo. The acting is awful and it's a boring film. Not much happens and the ending is crap 😂 cheaply made film.

A trama começa de forma íntima: um casal em viagem pela Grécia, Beckett e April, vivendo um momento de pausa do mundo. Mas o que deveria ser apenas um descanso se transforma em ruptura quando um acidente de carro muda tudo — e não apenas pela morte de April, mas pelo detalhe quase invisível que Beckett carrega consigo: ele viu algo que não deveria ver. Ao colidir com uma casa isolada, ele testemunha a presença de uma criança mantida em segredo. Ao relatar isso à polícia, desencadeia uma cadeia de perseguições que ele não compreende. A partir daí, o filme mergulha em uma narrativa de fuga — Beckett corre, sangra, sobrevive… mas nunca entende completamente o jogo em que foi colocado. Quando a verdade finalmente se revela — o sequestro do filho de um político influente — o impacto é menor do que deveria. Não pela ideia em si, mas pela construção frágil que a sustenta 🎯 Nota final: 4 / 10

I really like this movie. It has good Cinematography and pretty good acting in my opinion. I would definitely recommend just seeing it. I don’t know why it has such a bad rating on here. 🫤
