Jeepers C @RT12312147 Sep 20, 2026 This is a low budget, campy, supernatural slasher from the 80's. Even the gym sign has burnt out letters that spells death spa. This was borrowed from another 80's horror movie by the name of Motel Hell. Most of the movie is done in one location. The gym is where all the killings are taking place. The killer is making it easy for people to get killer workouts. They are dropping like flies. It has your typical gore and death scenes. The funniest being a detective getting bit by a frozen fish in a food freezer. 🤣 This is as campy as it gets. The ghost of the owners dead wife is causing all the horrible things happening at the gym. She won't be satisfied until her former husband burns and comes down to hell to be with her. This is far from the best 80's horror movie, but still has some nostalgic moments worth watching late at night, when nothing better is on. But, with a title and poster like this, what would you expect? Bad acting, writing and direction? Correct. Eye candy? Correct. It's a goofy popcorn movie that you watch in the background or as a drinking game to guess the next way one of the buff health club members are going to expire (or fail to renew their membership).
