E gostei do plot twist que foi o garoto vietnamita que virou amigo do robin Willians que destrui o restaurante com alguns pessoas do Vietnã que quase matou o personagem do robin Willians, o filme teve um drama bom, com um atuação boa do robin Willians, com tudo isso, eu meio recomendo esse filme. The film gives him the freedom to riff, improvise, and let loose in a way that feels both chaotic and deeply human. His performance as Adrian Cronauer isn’t just funny, it’s heartfelt and layered. You can tell how much of himself he poured into the character. He was gone far too soon, and movies like this make that hit even harder. Forest Whitaker brings a warm and steady presence as Cronauer’s friend, grounding the more frantic comedic energy with sincerity. The rest of the film is a strong mix of comedy and drama, shifting from rapid-fire jokes to the harsh reality of war without feeling disjointed. It’s an impressive tonal balancing act that still lands decades later. If there’s a weak spot, it’s that some interactions with local Vietnamese characters feel a bit sanitized and predictable, especially by today’s standards. Certain story beats are easy to see coming. Even so, the film manages to stay emotionally honest. The ending hits the right note: satisfying without leaning too hard into melodrama or easy answers. Despite a few oversimplifications, this movie is both hilarious and genuinely touching.
