Robert P @Superbad Sep 7, 2026 Sunshine = *4* star Movie See more Keithjustone M @RT52085771 Aug 10, 2026 Sunshine mag wie ein dystopischer Sci-fi film wirken jedoch sollte man sich hier nicht auf Wissenschaftlichen realismus wie z.b. in Interstellar verlassen. Realistisch ist der Film nur grade so viel um ein ungefähres gefühl zu erzeugen und einen Rahmen zu geben in welchem die Handlung stattfinden kann. "Sonnenlicht braucht für die Distanz von Sonne bis Erde ca. 7min, Sonne sehr heiß, Sauerstoff wichtig." Alles darüber hinaus hat mit sci-fi wirklich nur noch im namen etwas zu tun. Was nichts negatives ist. Der film schafft es so, sehr gut mit "Vibes" emotionen zu vermitteln. Z.b. "In den verkohlten Überresten des sauerstoffgarten sitzend stirbt corazon, in den Händen den letzten setzling auf den ihr blut tropft." Kein Shakespeare aber ich finde auch kein Klischee, simplicity in tone, sound, image and image. Mit dem Eigenen Tod als Gewissheit dennoch Hoffnung zu verspüren, ist als finales, von den Bildern vermitteltes Gefühl etwas seltenes, etwas unbequemes und etwas sehenswertes. The characters are about what you'd expect from a 7th grade creative writing class and are all impossible to believe or care about in any way. Why is only one crew member trained in the operation of the tool the mission's success depends upon? Why do they have absolutely no operational plan in place for repairing failed shield tiles? Why can't the otherwise omniscient ship's computer double check proposed course changes? Why is the weirdo meat captain they stole from Event Horizon trying to sabotage everything? Who cares. Vague sci-fi thriller with poorly executed deeper themes. I feel the idea of wrestling with nature and faith are touched… but most of the movie is space ship crew drama and survival.
