On a seemingly ordinary day, Joe Turner (Robert Redford), a quiet CIA codebreaker, walks into his workplace and finds that all of his coworkers have been murdered. Horrified, Joe flees the scene and tries to tell his supervisors about the tragedy. Unfortunately, he soon learns that CIA higher-ups were involved in the murders. With no one to trust, and a merciless hit man (Max von Sydow) close on his tail, Joe must somehow survive long enough to figure out why his own agency wants him dead.

Just watched for the first time and I am always in awe of Mr Robert Redford and the fact that he could do anything. Good film (little dated) but he is, as always the best part.

As a post 9/11 American adult, love the astute, classy, assessment of the CIA but hate that smart beautiful guy on the run shoving all the ladies around with such entitlement when things get tough. A real postcard from the 70's.

Certainly poignant. For any era, but 1975 especially. All those shots of twin towers too. Inside and out. Seemingly apropos of nothing in particular. 4.2/5

Greetings from Lithuania. I've watched "Three Days of the Condor" (1975) for the first time in 2026, more then 50 year after its original release. What can i say about this movie is that it was a bit a head of its time, and it laid foundation for many spy movies for years to come. Robert Redford is good here as CIA worked who gets into over his head and becomes a target of people he worked for. I liked this film as it was entertaining, realistic, and plot was involving. The love scene with a women he mets wasn't particularly necessary in my opinion. Overall, watching this for the first time in 2026 4K UHD release (this film looks stunning on a format) made me appreciate this film, and i enjoyed it.

Check this out ! Very interesting (a bit slow next to recent movies…) and catchy. R. Redford & F. Dunaway are amazing… my favourite character is the one played by M. von Sydow. Very 70’s and BRILLIANT !!
