Claudio C @Claudio666 2d A Trite South Korean Movie (12,485 – 02 Jun 2026 – Claudio Carvalho) On their first wedding anniversary, Soo Won and Mi Yoo travel to a forest to celebrate, sleeping in the car in a common travel trend in South Korea. Mi Yoo sees posters saying that one woman has disappeared and when Soo Won asks for direction to a wanderer, he says that the place is dangerous. When they stop the car, a photographer asks to take photos of the couple, but Mi Yoo lets his purse with lens drop on the floor, the man threatens them. During the night, a masked stranger attacks the couple, turning their romantic night into a nightmare. "Chabak - Night of Murder and Romance" (2023) is a trite South Korean movie. We Westerns are used to see great South Korean films, but this thriller is a complete letdown. The plot is corny and has an awful conclusion. My vote is four.
