Sid and his friends win a contest to an advanced viewing of a new futuristic museum that is scheduled to open soon. Their tours are led by robots and things get a little haywire. The kids will have to work with the creator of the park to get things back on track for the museum's grand opening. "The museum is a disaster!" Kirk R. Thatcher, director of It's a Very Muppet Christmas Movie, The Muppets Wizard of Oz, and Jim Henson's Turkey Hollow, delivers Sid the Science Kid: The Movie. The storyline for this picture is average and the animation style is just okay. The museum setting was cool and entertaining. "Something terrible has happened." I came across this on Netflix and added it to the queue to watch with my daughter. She loved this movie and was glued to it from beginning to end.
